Doa Mahfil held for Shahabuddin Tipu at Sheikh Russel KC

Bashundhara Group Managing Director and Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Ltd Chairman Sayem Sobhan Anvir arranged a doa mahfil and iftar in the remembrance of the club director and life-time member Mir Md Shahabuddin Tipu at the club premises in Bashundhara Residential Area in Dhaka on Tuesday.

Tipu, a prominent football organiser, breathed his last at Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College at 9:00 am on Saturday. He was 61. He left behind wife, three daughters and a bunch of well-wishers to mourn the death.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Russel’s finance director Fakhruddin Ahmed, director Jamal Hossain Mia, head coach Zulfiker Mahmud Mintu, captain Jamal Bhuyan, players, coaching staff and officials were present in the event and prayed for the salvation of the departed soul.
