Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra distributes food in Harirampur

Sheikh Russell Krira Chakra Ltd distributed food items to more than 1500 unemployed and distressed people in Harirampur upazila of Manikganj.

Presidium member of the central Juba League and Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Ltd Director Sajjad Haider distributed food, funded by Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir, among the unemployed and helpless peopleon Monday at the premises of Golam Mohiuddin Kamal Ideal High School.

Dr Sajjad Haider in his speech as the chief guest said that Sayem Sobhan Anvir has stood by the unemployed and helpless people at his own expense when people could not work amid the crisis period of Covid-19.

“He has been providing food aid to helpless people in different parts of the country during every disaster. He has coming forward again today with food items for more than 1500 helpless people in Harirampur Upazila”, he said. District Awami League president and district council chairman Advocate Golam Mohiuddin presided over the function.

District Juba League joint convener Mahbubur Rahman Johnny moderated the programme.

Harirampur Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Saiful Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) Syed Mizanur Islam, permanent members of Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Ltd Aminul Islam and Md Maruf Kazi, Bashundhara Group Brand Communications AGM Saiful Islam Rubel, District Awami League Joint General Secretary Badrul Islam Bablu, Kazi Enayet Hossain Tipu, Organizing Secretary AM Tayebur Rahman Tipu, Office Secretary Ehtesham Hossain Bhunu and chairmen of various unions were present during this time, along with others.
