Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra continued their 100% record in the Bangladesh Premier League as they beat Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited 3-0 at Sylhet District Stadium Monday.

Sheikh Russel, who won their first two matches against Arambagh Krira Sangha and Brothers Union, picked up the big win to ascend into second position of the league in front of their home crowd.

Sheikh Russel players made a great celebration in front of their home crowd in their first home game of the season in the eighth minute when their Nigerian recruit Raphael Odovin Onwrebe put the ball home with a placing shot off an immaculate cross of his compatriot Ndukaku Alison.

Alison scored the second goal in the 42nd minute.

Odovin connected a header from Uzbek winger Alisher Azizov but it rebounded off the crosspiece and Alison slotted home with an acrobatic shot.
