Birth of the Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Limited (SRKCL) was not an outcome of long-planned, matured or systematic actions rather from sudden outburst of an emotion-driven urge of a group of people who had exposed or unexposed political leaning towards the Awami League and extra love for Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, father of the nation, and his family. People who raised voice first, placed the proposal for an organization to be needed to remember Sheikh Russel, the youngest son of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, which was readily supported by Mr. Mohammad Shajahan Kabir, Mr. Sayed Mohammad Hasan Zaman, Mr. H M Rezaul Karim Reza, and Mr. Mohammad Khalilur Rahman and became the witnesses of that grate event (birth of the SRKCL).
